Since its establishment, CFSW has successfully developed multiple specialized FSW equipment for the mass production of structural products such as radiators and heat sinks in the fields of power and electronics. In 2011, CFSW Company successfully developed a planar two-dimensional CNC friction stir welding equipment and supporting technology for water-cooled plate welding, achieving friction stir welding of 17mm thick copper alloy water-cooled plate products, making China the third country in the world, after the UK and Japan, to successfully develop such a large-scale copper alloy friction stir welding water-cooled plate product. In 2012, Seforster Company successfully developed special equipment and supporting processes for friction stir welding of fins, achieving fin welding with a maximum length of 4000mm, a maximum width of 280mm, and a maximum height of 100mm. In 2014, on the basis of further improving the equipment functions, Seforster Company established the first domestic liquid cooled (cold plate) radiator stir friction welding production line. In addition to the stir friction welding process, it can also complete mechanical processing, heat treatment and other processes, achieving a "turnkey" project for industrial customers.
